Using Spot On (Fiery Graphic Arts Package option)

Start ColorWise Pro Tools and click Spot On.
The Select Output Profile dialog box appears.
2.
Choose the desired output profile and click OK.
The Spot On main window appears. The CMYK values you see in the window are 
calculated with respect to the specified profile.
