To view diagnostic information of a download task:

iTunes Server
From the Application Servers > iTunes Service window, you can enable the
iTunes Server service. When enabled, this service lets you share mp3 files that are
in the Multimedia folder on the NAS. You can find, browse, and play all the music
files on the NAS using computers that are on the network by using iTunes.

To enable the iTunes Service:

Choose Application Servers > iTunes Service from the Navigation menu. The
iTunes Service window opens.
