Remove the cover from the cartridge, as described in

NOTE:
If you do not remove the jumper, it will force the function of the header every time that you boot the cartridge.

Replace the cartridge cover.

Replace the cartridge to the chassis, then power it on and recommission using Cisco UCS Manager.
