When a user receives a meeting notification in the native
groupware format, they can accept the meeting and have it appear

After installing the MeetingPlace for Outlook gateway and the
MeetingPlace for Notes gateway, each gateway must be assigned
to a different mailbox on the MeetingPlace server. By default,
both gateways use mailbox number 4, so you need to assign a
new mailbox to the MeetingPlace for Notes gateway.

Step 1. Change the mailbox that MeetingPlace uses to store Notes

1. From the Configure tab in MeetingTime, select the Usage
Parameters topic.
2. Click Query.
3. Scroll down to the Email/GW Settings attributes, and select
the Lotus Notes parameter.
4. Change the value of the parameter to 2, and then click OK.
5. Click Save Changes.
