Accessing the Voice Prompts Menu
The voice prompts menu allows you to customize the voice prompts. As
system manager, you have access to the voice prompts menu from your
touchtone phone. End users, contacts, and attendants do not have access to
this menu.

To access the voice prompts menu:
1.
Dial the MeetingPlace telephone number.

Enter your profile number and password.
After the standard functions, you hear a menu choice “For system
manager options, press 9.”

to access the voice prompts menu.

Enter the number of the voice prompt you want to change followed by

At that point, you can do one of the following:

Listen to the unabbreviated prompt.

Listen to the abbreviated prompt.

Listen to or record a custom prompt.

Listen to or record a custom prompt for use with a Flex Menu
application.

Recording a New Prompt

Follow steps 1 through 5 above.
