NSF/SSO—L2VPN Pseudowire Redundancy
First Published: February 28, 2005
Last Updated: February 28, 2006
The NSF/SSO—L2VPN Pseudowire Redundancy feature enables you to set up your network to detect a
failure in the network and reroute the L2 service to another endpoint that can continue to provide service.
This feature also functions in an nonstop forwarding (NSF) and stateful switchover (SSO) environment.
The active pseudowire does not change after SSO.
