Recording and Statistics Server
The Recording and Statistics server has a dependency on the VoIP Monitor
server. When the Recording and Statistics server receives a recording request, it
asks for and receives the relevant voice packets from the VoIP Monitor server and
writes them to a .wav file in the shared directory.
