Create an invitation list and invite attendees to
your event

You can select contacts from an existing address book or add new contacts
on your Event Center website.

On the Schedule an Event page, go to the Attendees & Registration

In the window that appears, do any of the following:
To add a new contact, enter information under New Attendee or New
Panelist.

When you finish specifying options on the Schedule an Event page, click

On the Send Event Emails page, select the recipients, and then click Send
