Papers for Cold Peel Transfers
Cold peel transfers can utilise a variety of ink systems based on
both plastisol and solvent chemistries. Most papers have an
optimum print side - facing up when the pack is opened.
TRW29  Vegetable Parchment Paper
     700 x 1000 mm
Packs of 250 sheets
Vegetable Parchment Paper TRW29 is the thinnest transfer paper
and is an economical option for single colour transfers or any that
do not require tight registration.
TRW29 is not recommended for the production of multi-colour
transfers.
TRB08  T75 Transfer Paper
     700 x 1000 mm size
Packs of 250 sheets
T75 (75 gsm – grammes per square metre) transfer paper is the
standard recommendation for cold peel transfers. The wide format
of application leads to suitability for both plastisol and solvent-
based ink systems. T75 is suitable for litho transfers.
TRB20  T105 Transfer Paper
     700 x 1000 mm
Packs of 250 sheets
T105 (105 gsm) transfer paper is used where maximum stability in
paper is required. This is most suitable for use with multi-colour
images where registration is critical and shrinkage is to be kept to a
minimum. T105 is suitable for litho transfers.
TRQ97  Glitcote Transfer Paper
     635 x 965 mm
Packs of 500 sheets
Glitcote Transfer Paper can be used in combination with plastisol inks
to generate high gloss prints. The transfer paper is single sided with
the reverse side having no release coating. Glitcote Transfer Paper can
be used as a post-press process, to give a gloss finish.
Papers for Hot Peel Transfers
Hot peel transfers can be achieved using either Texopaque Classic
OP or Texopaque Advantage ON, modified with 3-5% ON417
Expanding Base. See the Texopaque Hot Peel Transfer System product
information sheet for details.
TRH0l    Hot Peel Transfer Paper
Packs of 250 sheets

Transfer Papers
Fujifilm transfer systems have been developed by our application specialists to provide a comprehensive solution for producing a
variety of transfers.  The products used comprise a range of inks, adhesives and transfer papers which have been selected to complete
our transfer systems package.
Due to the inherently variable nature of transfer papers and films, it is essential that printers carry out representative tests before starting any
production run. These tests should assess all printing and transfer properties during and after production as well as the functional properties of
the transfer when it has been applied.
For further details on transfer production, see the product information sheet for the relevant type of textile transfer system.
