1. With a call active, click the task button assigned to the single-step transfer
action. The Transferring Call window appears.
2. Enter the phone number to which you are transferring the call in the Number
field.
3. Click Transfer. The Transferring Call window closes, the call is transferred to
the phone number, and you are disconnected from the call.
Making a Conference Call
You can add other parties to an active call to make a conference call. There are three
types of conference calls. These types are as follows.

Supervised conference. This type of conference is available to every Agent
Desktop user, and is triggered by clicking the Conference button on the
tooIbar. In this type of conference, you specify the number you want to
