VRU Blind Transfer
The ability for a VRU to support blind transfer (see Blind Transfer definition) using the VRU interface.

collected through ASR or DTMF. A VXML script may result in the playing of information retrieved
from a web application, posting of collected inputs to a web application, or transfer of the call to a third
