NOTE: This window is autofilled with the information from the CTI
(CallManager) window. In most cases it will not be necessary to change
anything. However, if you have a system that has multiple CTI servers, you
may have to update the information entered here.

Enter the host name or IP address, port number, and peripheral ID of the ICM CTI
