Installation Problems
Problem
The client application installations do not download when the links on
the installation web page are clicked.

Solution
CAD Configuration Setup was not completed successfully on the CAD
Base services server. Launch CAD Configuration Setup. (On the CAD

Problem
When upgrading from a previous version to a System IPCC version,
Login by Name does not work although that is the only login method
used in a System IPCC installation. The option for choosing login
method in Cisco Desktop Administrator is disabled.
