show ip pim interface
To display information about interfaces configured for Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM), use the
show ip pim interface command in EXEC mode.

This command works only on interfaces that are configured for PIM. Use the show ip pim interface
count command to display switching counts for Multicast Distributed Switching (MDS) and other
fast-switching statistics. For more information on MDS, refer to the “Configuring Multicast Distributed
Switching” chapter in the Cisco IOS Release 12.0 Switching Services Configuration Guide.
