following example:

Router# upgrade rom-monitor file slot0:MWR1900_RM2.srec.122-8r.MC3

This command will reload the router. Continue? [yes/no]:y

Press Enter to continue. The router begins downloading the ROMMON image. The router 
automatically reboots.
