The latest version of analog modem firmware for the Cisco 2600 series supports the internal analog
modems (both NM-16AM and NM-8AM) in a wide range of countries, starting with Cisco IOS
Release 11.3(5)T and later releases. The latest firmware (version 1.2.0) also supports dial-out and
fax-out.
