To set the Home Agent Address field in a Registration Response packet, use the ip mobile home-agent 
dynamic-address command in global configuration. Use the no form of the command to disable this 
feature, or to reset the field.
ip mobile home-agent dynamic-address ip address
no ip mobile home-agent dynamic-address ip address
