Symptoms: Some BGP routes are missing from RIB so packets cannot reach the destination.
Conditions: A connected route covers the BGP route in question, but the connected route is less
specific than some other route that is also in the RIB. It leads to BGP to have some prefixes’
nexthops inaccessible, and those prefixes are not installed in to RIB, therefore traffic is stopped.
