FXO ports can get stuck in offhook state.

FXO ports are members of a huntgroup where the first member port is disconnected or down. 

The trunkgroup has max-retry configured and rapid calls are connected and disconnected using the 
trunkgroup.

Unconfigure max-retry. Under each port, configure "timeouts power-denial 0" so that disconnected 
ports are moved to offhook state and will not be hunted.

There are no open caveats in this release.

CSCsj16203 CPU profiling may not be reliable in c800 during nested interrupt.

CPU profiling under interrupts is not reliable.

Symptom is present on all PowerQUICC platforms (Cisco 800, 1700, and 2600 Series 

Routers).

There is no workaround.

A Cisco 1811 router reloads when trying to connect to irc.freenode.net during the first 36 hours 

following a reload.

The symptom is observed only in the first 36 hours following a reload.

Do not connect to irc.freenode.net in the first 36 hours following a reload.
