The BCDL agent has gone down thus the message send is failing. This is a very rare scenario and 
would not happen under normal circumstances.

Not required, as BCDL will come up eventually. 

telnet session does not return the prompt/control after show commands

When terminal length set to zero and the show commands executed for continuous output, the telnet 
session does not return the command/router prompt and seems to be hanging, however, only last few 
lines of the show command output is not displayed. 

Hitting ENTER key will display one line of output and pressing spacebar will advance one character 
on the output device. When the next command is entered, previous missing lines are displayed along 
with command prompt and again last few lines of the new output will not be displayed. In other 
words, you can type the new commands and they will get executed, but you will not see the typed 
commands.

This behavior is not exclusively related to long outputs, it can occur with shorter outputs as well 
both from ADMIN plane as well as EXEC plane when 'terminal length 0' is entered for continuous 
output display. The trigger is timing issue and will manifest itself at different loads/activities 

on the router.

Exit the current session and re-login which gives a new tty session. Also 'process restart devc-vty' 
should clear ALL the sessions

CLI over XML Configuration Fails

CLI over XML configuration request fails.

This happens when

   - CLI command lines in XML request exceeds 200 lines or more

   AND

    - CLI commands are split internally and it happens to be split in middle of sub-mode.

No need to use CLI over XML for config commands that already support XML natively. Split the 
commands into multiple requests so that command lines of each request are less than 200 lines.
