Critical. Sent when there was an authentication error 
connecting to a machine in a cluster. This can occur 
if a machine is not a member of the cluster.

NOIP.DROPPED
Error connecting to cluster machine $name - $error - 
$why$error:=Existing connection dropped
name’ - The hostname 
and/or serial number of the 
machine.

cluster and the connection to the cluster was dropped.
