Delete the priority definition.

Sets the order in which the algorithm will be selected for use.

priority is an integer from 1 to 4.

Identifies the ciphering algorithm to be used.

algorithm is one of the following: gea0, gea1, gea2, gea3.

Define the order in which the ciphering algorithms are chosen for use. The command can be repeated to
provide multiple definitions -- multiple priorities.

Define gea1 as the third priority algorithm:
ciphering-algorithm-gprs priority 3 gea1
