Specifies the subscriber profile attribute parameter value to match with MSISDN in an IP-CAN session as
condition.

Usage
Use this command to define a condition based on the MS ISDN of a subscriber used in an IP-CAN session.

The following command creates a condition definition to analyze the condition based on subscriber MSISDN
