After a successful POAP bootstrap of the fabric, you should also see the topology view with your new devices 

(Figure 26). The rendering of the topology can take many minutes because it requires the Cisco Prime DCNM 
discovery process and all underlying fabric provisioning to complete on the device’s control plane.

Step 14.   Generate or import a cable plan. A cable plan helps ensure proper link connectivity on your network. The 

cable plan format is a simple XML text file. It can be generated by Cisco Prime DCNM or designed 
ahead of time and imported. You do not need a cable plan to complete POAP.
