LogGlobalMin
Sets the minimum logging level by allowing the

Displays the name of the current log file.

Sets the maximum number of revolving daily log files.
Log file names are in the format
DDMMMYYYY_xxxxxx.txt, where xxxxxx is a numeric
value from 000000 to MaxOverFiles; for example,
23Mar2010_000000.txt.
