NtpServerAddress
Sets the IP address of the Network Time Protocol (NTP)
server. The NTP server provides time synchronization
services to the USRM to ensure that all USRMs and
ancillary equipment are using the same time base. This
ensures that all time-stamped logs are correlated. The
USRM synchronizes its time with the NTP server once
per hour.
