Important: If you are going to use these QAMs for new services immediately, you 
have completed this procedure. You may skip both this section and Deleting 
Existing Mirror MPEG Sources (on page 12). 

Complete these steps to delete existing mirror QAMs. 
1  On the DNCS Administrative Console, select the DNCS tab, choose the Element 

Provisioning tab, and then click QAM. The QAM List window opens. 

2  In the QAM List window, locate and select a mirror QAM you want to delete 

from the QAM List. 

3  Select File and then click Delete. A confirmation message appears. 
4  Click Yes. The selected mirror QAM is deleted. 
5  Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each mirror QAM you want to delete. 
6  Go to Deleting Existing Mirror MPEG Sources, next in this section.
