7 Manage Users &
Contacts
The Manage Users/Contacts section allows system administrator to add the CallConnector
Users, setup the directory contacts, specify the departments/groups in the organization and
define the company’s work hours. The corporate directory comprises of groups of users and is
accessible by all users. The administrator can also import external contacts from other
organizations as well as the user phone accounts from the CME routers.
