Disabling directory lookup does not turn off the search operation to the Cisco UCC for Microsoft 
Office directories.

Unchecking the Enable Directory Lookup checkbox under the Options tab enables you to control 
two operations:

Looking up telephone numbers for incoming or outgoing calls 

Returning results for the QuickSearch. 

Disabling directory lookup does not disable the QuickSearch function.

There is no workaround.
