 Interactive Experience Platform transforms customer experiences with 

interactive digital media. With this solution, business and public agencies can deliver 
interactive content and information in real time, improving loyalty and revenues, while 
increasing efficiencies in business processes. 

A key component of the Cisco Interactive Experience Platform is the Cisco Interactive Experience Client, an 

interactive computing and collaboration device that delivers interactive web applications and rich media content on 

a scalable platform. It powers engaging customer experiences on interactive displays and kiosks to end users in 

retail stores, bank branches, and transit points (train stations, bus transit centers, and airports). 

Figure 1 shows a basic configuration with a kiosk powered by the Cisco Interactive Experience Client 4650 and 

managed by the Cisco Interactive Experience Manager.
