  Configuration File Management
1. Mask passwords (Files with masked passwords cannot be loaded using loadconfig command)

Note
For enhanced security, if encryption of sensitive data in the appliance is enabled in 
fipsconfig
 
command, you cannot use 
Plain passwords
 option. 
showconfig
Description
The 
showconfig
 command prints the current configuration to the screen.
Usage
Commit: This command does not require a ‘commit’.
Cluster Management: This command can be used in all three machine modes (cluster, group, machine).
Batch Command: This command does not support a batch format
Example
In the following example, the configuration is displayed on CLI and the passwords in the configuration 
are encrypted.
mail.example.com> showconfig
Choose the password display option:
1. Mask passwords (Files with masked passwords cannot be loaded using loadconfig command)
2. Encrypt passwords
3. Plain passwords
