To identify which parts of the system are using the most resources if you experience performance issues, 
you can look at the System Capacity reports for all managed appliances (Email or Web Security), and

If you are unable to load a configuration file, make sure your disk space quotas are larger than the 
current size of each function in the table on the Management Appliance > 
System Administration > Disk Management
