Presentations X3 includes all the tools you need to produce slide shows, project 
proposals, interactive reports and demonstrations, multimedia presentations, 
flyers, signs, banners, and more. Presentations X3 provides enhanced 
compatiblity with Microsoft PowerPoint and enhanced PDF publishing 
capabilities. In addition, Show On The Go™ lets any PC user view your 
presentation — even those who don’t have Presentations installed on their 
computer.

Publish To PDF: Since 1999, Presentations has provided users 

with robust PDF publishing capabilities that preserve the layout and formatting 
of the original document. Requiring no purchase of additional plug-ins or 
downloads, the Publish To PDF feature ensures that you can share your 
Presentations slide shows with virtually any computer user in the world. With 
Presentations X3, the Publish To PDF feature has been enhanced to translate 
slide names into PDF bookmarks. This makes it easy to navigate the PDF file 
when it’s opened with Adobe Reader.

1 On the toolbar, click the PDF  

button.

2 On the General tab, click Browse. Choose the drive and folder where 

you want to save the file, type a filename in the Filename box, and 
then click Save.

3 In the Export range area, enable one of the following options:

• Full document
• Current  view
• Selection
• Slides
• Speaker notes
• Audience notes
• Handouts
If you choose Slides, adjust the value in the Range box.
