users of Corel’s retail and licensed software. This searchable Web-based tool 
provides answers to commonly asked technical questions. Responses are 
searchable in seven languages, including English, French, German, Italian,

Premium support: Corel’s highest level of technical support is designed for 
corporate clients who require account management services and access to 
Corel's most skilled support personnel. When you register for Premium Services, 
you choose the number of support incidents you wish to have in your Base

packages include e-mail support, toll-free telephone support, access to online
