Solution

The refrigerator 

doesn’t work or 

fails to refrigerate 

efficiently

Check if the power is connected correctly;

Whether the temp control on the display panel is setup 

correctly? Try to set it at a higher temperature;

If the refrigerator is under direct sunlight or near to a heat 

source?

If the back of refrigerator is too close to the wall, which 

interrupts the air circulation?

Foods in the fridge 

compartment are 

frozen

Whether the temp control on the display panel is setup 

correctly? Try to set it at a higher temperature; the room temp 

is too low? Have you placed foods of high volume water at the 

lowest temperature place of the fridge compartment?

Try to move these foods to a place far from the air outlet of the 

fridge compartment.

Abnormal noise

Check if the refrigerator is kept level and stable;

If the back of refrigerator is too close to the wall, which 

interrupts the air circulation;

If anything drops to the bottom of the refrigerator;

If you hears a tick-tack from the interior of the refrigerator, this 

is a normal phenomenon, since different attachments may 

retract or expand with the change of inner temperature.

High temperature 

at the front of 

refrigerator and 

condensation

That some heat are generated is a normal phenomenon, since 

the anti-condensation pipe mounted at the front of refrigerator 

is used to avoid condensation.

If the door is slightly opened? The condensation may happen 

if the door of refrigerator is opened for a long time.

Bubbling sound 

from the interior of 

refrigerator

This is a normal phenomenon.

A bubbling sound happens when the cooling agent is 

circulated inside the refrigerator.

Smelling odours 

from the interior of 

refrigerator

If any food goes bad?

Please make sure all foods with sharp odour (such as fish) 

shall be sealed.

Clean your freezer compartment periodically and remove 

those foods that have gone bad.

Frost at the freezer 

compartment

If the air outlet is blocked? Remove the blocked items to ensure 

smooth air circulation.

Leave certain space among stored foods, to keep smooth air 

circulation.
