4 Attach a video terminator to the monitor port on the back 

panel of the server and then turn on the server again.  

5 Follow the instructions that came with the remote access 

software for logging in to and controlling the server.

 If you want to connect a monitor at a later time, you 

must turn off the server before you connect the monitor.

The table on the following page explains the DIP switch 

functions for the video terminator.
