       Allows you to turn on or off the Least Cost Routing(LCR) mode.
       LCR, if enabled, selects the least expensive route to be used for an
       exchange line call.
           On or Off

       Registers the leading digits of long distance calls.
           0 through 9     Maximum 2 digits

       Stores the BTL(British Telecom Line) access code. When this code is
       dialled, BT is always selected even if the LCR feature is enabled.
           0 through 9     Maximum 4 digits
