7. TROUBLESHOOTING

If you cannot solve a problem with the following solutions, do not attempt to repair it by yourself.  
Turn the power off, unplug the POS Terminal, then contact the nearest TOSHIBA TEC service 
representative for assistance. 

 

The power does not 
turn on. 

• 

Is the power cord plugged in correctly? 

• 

Is the power supplied to the AC outlet?

Has the circuit breaker blown? 

• 

Plug in correctly. 

• 

If it is not a power failure, 

check for the power supply 
to the AC outlet with another 
electric appliance. 
When the power is not 
supplied, contact your 
nearest power company. 

• 

Check the circuit breaker.
