IMPORTANT! THE REMAINDER OF
THIS ASSEMBLY WILL REQUIRE TWO
ADULTS.

3.
Set ballast #38 on its side. Slide axle (#29) through one
wheel (#37) and one support tube (#34) (make sure the
recessed side of wheel faces OUTWARD away from pole).
Then with another adult holding the pole assembly or with
pole assembly supported by product carton, slide the axle
through opening in front of ballast, through large hole in
pole, through other opening in ballast and through another
support tube and wheel. See Figure 3. You may need to tap
the end of the axle with a mallet to center the axle between
the outer edges of the ballast. Install axle caps #1 onto the
ends of each axle.
With one adult holding the pole assembly upright, Place a cap (#2)
over the lower supports (#34) and attach them to the pole as shown
in Figure 4. Use two bolts (#17), four washers (#24), and two nuts
(#21). Tighten securely, but do not overtighten, as this will crush
tubes. Attach rear supports (#33) to pole as shown in figure 4 using
bolt (#13), and capnut (#25). See Figure 4. NOTE: It will be necessary
to force the rear supports in place to line up the holes. Do this by
pushing down on the rear supports and backward on the pole.
4.
Fasten each rear support (#33) to the ballast using two bolts (#11),
four washers (#50), and two locknuts (#49). Attach in the following
manner (refer to figure 4 and 4A for proper assembly): The ballast
has two holes in the recessed area for attaching the rear support
tubes. However, there are three holes in the support tube. This is to
facilitate front-to-back leveling of the unit if it is on an incline or
decline. If the unit is set up on flat ground or on a slight rearward
decline, use the BOTTOM two holes in the ballast to attach the rear
supports. If the unit will be resting on a slight rearward incline, use
the TOP two holes for attachment. See Figure 4A.
