3. If there is more than one page of information about the command you

selected, you see the prompt PgUp at the top of the screen. Press the

PgUp 

key to display the rest of the text.

4. To return to the HELP menu, press the 

key. Press 

again to exit

the HELP utility.

To bypass the HELP menu and get information about one command, follow
these steps:

1. At the command prompt, type HELP, followed by the name of the

MS-DOS command you want information about, and press 

Enter. 

For

example, to see help information for the COPY command, type the
following and press 

Enter:

HELP COPY

2. If there is more than one page of information about the command you

selected, you see the prompt PgUp at the top of the screen. Press 

PgUp

to display the rest of the text.

3. Press 

to exit the HELP program.

You can also request help information for more than one command. Follow

these steps:

1. At the command prompt, type HELP followed by the names of the

commands you want information about. Then press 

Enter. 

Separate

each command name with a space.

For example, to see help information for the DISKCOPY, FORMAT,

and COPY commands, type the following and press 

Enter:

HELP DISKCOPY FORMAT COPY

2. The help information for the first command is displayed first. If there is

more than one page of information about the command you selected,
you see the prompt PgUp at the top of the screen. Press 

PgUp 

to

display the rest of the text.

3. Press 

to see the help information for the next command.
