For AMD PowerNow technology to work, both the operating system and server BIOS must be 
qualified to run AMD's PowerNow. Please see below for specific product support. 

Solaris Engineering is currently aggressively working to add PowerNow support.  Solaris is targeting a 
patch to add support at the end of this calendar year.  PowerNow support is targeted for the Solaris 10 
Update 4 release, planned to be released in Jan/Feb 2007.
