Call Forwarding Service
When activated, the network forwards (diverts) incom-
ing calls to a specific number under certain conditions.
The following messages display for Call Forwarding:
•

Forwarding ON

—when you make a call while Call

Forwarding is active.

•

Forwarded Call

—incoming call forwarded.

•

Activated Call Forwarding

—your party has acti-

vated call forwarding.

•

Forwarding Canceled by Network

—call forward-

ing rejected by the network.

These messages are displayed only if the network sent
them to your phone.
Note: Your phone must be able to connect to a PCS
network in order to activate, cancel or verify the status
of call forwarding.

Call Forwarding Conditions
•

All Voice

—all voice calls forwarded.

•

All Data

—all data calls forwarded.

•

All Fax

—all fax calls forwarded.

•

No Reply

—unanswered calls forwarded.

•

Unreachable

—when phone is off or when outside

service area.

•

Busy

—busy calls forwarded.

•

Cancel All

—no calls forwarded.

Activating Call Forwarding
1. Press Right on the Express Key, scroll to Services

and press

2. Scroll to Forwarding and press

3. Scroll to the desired call forwarding condition and

press 

.

4. Scroll to Activate and press
