MPEG Filter
Use the MPEG Filter to reduce or eliminate so-called “mosquito noise” in
MPEG-compressed video signals (digital broadcasts or DVDs). Set it to LOW, MIDDLE or
HIGH, as needed to minimize distortion around the edges of moving objects, moving
artifacts around edges and/or blotchy noise patterns superimposed over the objects.

To change the MPEG Filter setting on INPUT 1:
1.
Press 1 to switch to PlasmaWall INPUT 1.
2.
Press MENU on the PlasmaWall Service Remote Control.
3.
Press

to select SETUP.
4.
Press
to select MPEG FILTER, then press SET.
5.
Press
or
to select the desired amount of filtering (OFF, LOW, MIDDLE or HIGH).
6.
Press SET to confirm your selection.
