Restarting the network card

Select [Reset] from [System] of the Network Administration menu.

Enter the password (default is "sysadm") and click [Reset Unit].

Restarting will be completed in about 2 minutes.

On completion of restarting, the newly defined parameter values are effective.

To enable the KN-304's new parameter values for the IP-011 printer controller, turn on and off

power of the 7020 series after restarting.

Restoring the default values

Select [Factory Defaults] from [System] of the Network Administration menu.

Enter the password (default is "sysadm") and click [Factory Defaults].

The KN-304's parameters will be reset to the default values.

Note that the values you have set are lost after the parameters are reset to the default values.

This feature allows restoring the default settings, facilitating to redefine the parameters.  This

may be convenient when you move the printer or correct inadequate settings.

• The default settings and the values you have set are ineffective until you restart (reset) the

network.

• To enable the KN-304's new parameter values for the IP-011 printer controller, turn on and off

power of the 7020 series after restarting.

Confirming the settings

Select [Unit Status] from [System] of the [Network Administration menu].

The protocols and the status of enabled/disabled will be indicated.

To change settings, select Protocol Setup from Protocols.
