Now, programmed recipients can be deleted. For details on
changing the group dial name, or adding or changing recipients,
refer to “5.3 Group Dial Settings”.

Name of recipient

Fax number or e-mail address of recipient

One-touch dial or speed dial number

Click to delete that recipient from the group dial
settings.

The settings for a one-touch dial number already programmed with a
recipient can be deleted.

Click the

menu on the

tab.

The One-Touch Dial List screen appears.

Click the

button to the right of the one-touch dial setting

that you wish to delete.

In the confirmation message that appears, click the

button

to delete the settings.

• If the one-touch dial number whose settings will be deleted has

been programmed for group dialing, the settings that apply to
group dialing will also be deleted.
