Using the computer

Start up the computer’s Web browser, and then start up WebTools

Type in the 4-digit Mailbox number entered from the copier.

Select the format (PDF or TIFF) for the data.

Click the [Save As] button, and then save the data to the computer.

Registering settings for a one-touch button

If the scanning is performed from the control panel of the copier,
