Service Plan
Before a product can be returned, you must contact 
DeLorme Support at 207-846-8900 to determine if 
a return is necessary and request a Return Material 
Authorization (RMA) tracking number.
The following information must be provided to obtain 
warranty service:
 
 A copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer
 
 The serial number of the device
 
 The RMA tracking number that you received when 
you called DeLorme
 
 Your return shipping address
 
 Your daytime telephone number
