Use this tab to specify a time frame for operation and to make spool 
settings.

Use these settings to specify a time frame for Di620/520 
Copy Machine operation. Select the “Always” option if 
you want the Di620/520 Copy Machine operational 24 
hours a day. To specify a time frame, select the “From” 
operation and then set a start time and end time.

Use this slider to specify a fixed priority for your 
documents. High priority documents are printed first.

Use these settings to turn spooling on or off.
Select “Spool print documents...” to turn on spooling, 
and “Print directly to the printer” to turn it off. After 
turning on spooling, select either “Start printing after last 
page is spooled” or “Start printing immediately”. When 
“Start printing after last page is spooled” is selected, no 
printing is performed until all pages of the document are 
spooled. With “Start printing immediately”, printing 
starts as soon as the first page is spooled.

Before print data is sent for printing, the spooler checks 
paper size and other settings and compares them with 
the settings of the print document. When this option is 
checked, print jobs whose information does not match 
are placed into a queue, and the next print job is 
executed.
