General Printing Procedure
The following shows the general procedure for checking and making
settings for printing, and for actually producing printed pages.

Execute the Print command in the application where you created the
document you want to print. In most applications you would click the
“Print” command in the “File” menu.

Executing the Print command causes the Print dialog box to appear.

with your application. The Print dialog box for some applications
includes “Copies” and “Collate (Sort)” settings. To ensure proper
printing with the Di620/520 Copy Machine, be sure to turn these
options off in the Print dialog box. You can make Copies and Collate
settings using the Properties window in step 4 of this procedure.
