Pi6000

The “Identify” dialog box allows you to lock a print job and add a 
department account number and user name to the print job. It can be 
opened by clicking the 

IDENTIFY

 button in the “Setup” dialog box.

If you want to lock a print job, check this box and enter 
the password. The locked print job will be printed when 
it is unlocked using the Job List key on the Di620 control 
panel. To unlock the print job, you need to enter the 
password.

If the Administrator Mode is enabled in the copier, 
check this box and enter your account number. The 
number will be added to the print job, allowing the Di620 
to perform its Copy Track function.

NOTE
The print job may not be executed if the account 
number is not correctly entered when the Administrator 
Mode is enabled.

If you want to add a user name, enter the user name 
here. The user name will be displayed as the device 
name in the Job List on the Di620 control panel.
